The client portal provides access to:
- manage your bookings (including family member bookings).
- upload and share lab results and other documents with Dr. Keith.
- view and download client documents.
- explore webinars and programs you may have joined.
Appointments can be booked through the client portal, or below. Please note fee changes effective November 1, 2025, noted below.
Fee schedule
Adult Initial Visit (Ages 13 and Up) – $360 / 90-105 minutes.
Adult Follow-up Visit – $175 / 35-45 minutes.
Child Initial Visit (Ages 0-12) – $210 / 55 minutes.
Child Follow-up Visit – $90 / 15-20 minutes.
